Payment
Payment is due before each session
Cancellations
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full
Missed sessions without notice are charged in full
Packages (5 or 10 sessions)
Packages expire six months after purchase
Families may request a different tutor for the remainder of sessions if the initial match is not a good fit
